Branch Leadership

Ana Geller is the Branch Manager for the Baltimore and Easton offices at Baird. Ana has worked in the financial services industry for close to 30 years. In 2009 she joined the leadership team at Baird, first as Branch Administrative Manager then Associate Branch Manager. Prior to joining Baird, Ana spent 3 years at Citigroup/Smith Barney in a leadership role and the previous 10 years in the professional development department at Legg Mason. The common thread in all her roles has been the focus on developing Financial Advisors and their teams, while leading them through change. 

Ana received a bachelor’s degree in international management and French at Gettysburg College. Growing up in both the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, she is fluent in Spanish. She currently holds her Series 7, 9, 10, 66 and Life/Health/Long Term Care Insurance licenses. Outside of Baird, Ana is actively involved in the Orokawa Y Community Board and Women United of Central MD. Ana is married and has two daughters, Nicole and Victoria. Along with her husband Seth, she’s currently figuring out life as an empty nester, and spoiling their fur babies Charlie and Remy.

Born in Baltimore and a graduate of Towson University (B.S. in Finance), Marco began his career in 1999 at Legg Mason in mutual fund research before moving to the Towson office as a Client Specialist and became a Financial Advisor in 2005.  In 2009, he joined Baird as a Financial Advisor, and in 2026 joined the firm’s leadership team as Associate Branch Manager allowing him to not only serve clients, but also mentor and support other advisors and client specialists in delivering exceptional service. 

Outside of work, Marco is married with two daughters and is actively involved in his community, serving in leadership roles within his church.  Marco currently holds his Series 7, 63, 66 and Life/Health/Long Term Care Insurance licenses.

Brian Heidelbach joined Baird as the Branch Administrative Manager for the Baltimore and Easton offices in 2021. He started in the financial services industry in Operations with Legg Mason in 1993. He joined Alex. Brown and Sons in 1995 as a Margin Clerk, and remained at that firm and its successors for over 25 years, during which time he also held roles with Branch Compliance, Project Management, and IT.  

Brian has a BS in Macroeconomics from the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University. He holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 securities licenses. He is married, has two sons, Ian and Evan, and a Jack Russell Terrier named Ziggy.
